RESTORED,

By Telegraph .—Press Association.—CopyrirhL

Melbourne, January 29. Mr. Deakin, speaking at the Australian Natives' Association's annual banquet yesterday, said Australia was federated, but not Federal, and that the Commonwealth sentiment was yet to come.
