RAILWAY COMMISSIONERS.
APPOINTMENTS FOR, NEW SOUTH WALES. By Telegraph.—Press Association.— (Received January 29, 11.9 p.m.) Sydney, January 29. Thk Railway Commissioners for New South) Wales have been appointed. Mr. P. R. Joluiyon is to be Chief Commissioner, and Mr. KirkcaJdie and Mr. Richardson, the assistant Commissioners. Mr. P. It. Johnsou Ls assistant engineer to the Great Northern Railway Company, England, and has been 35 years in the service of the company. He is a man of wide experience. Mr. Kirkcaldie is a member of the present Commission, and Mr. Richardson occupies the position of Superintendent of Lines in the State's service.
