A paragraph has been going the rounds of the colonial press to the effect that a Wairarapa breeder had established a record this season for fat lambs, he having received 14s 3d per head for a consignment sent to Wellington, 'this record has been easilv beaten by Mr. John Handley, of Okehu, who received £237 4s 3d for 329 lambs, or an average of lis 5 2-47 d per head. There is no danger of croup resulting seriously if Chamberlain's Cough Remedy is given. For sale everywhere, la bd.
