I'aeroa, Monday. At a meeting of the committee of the Ohitioiiiuri Agricultural and Horticultural Society, held on Saturday nigh',., stewards for the coming horticultural show oil the 30th just, were appointed as follows: — Pot plants and cut flowers, Mr. Yule; fruit. Mr. Brunskill: garden and field produce, Messrs. D. Craig, E. Edwards, and E. 11. Andrews; bread, cakes, etc.. Mr. J. N. lleape; dairy produce, pickles, wines, etc., Mr. Bromvvich ; miscellaneous and children's sections, Mcsdames Yule and Nicholas. For the stock show on February 23, the following stewards were appointed : —Sheep and pigs. Messrs. S. Hunt arid Bert Alley: cattle. Messrs. S. Bax and (i. Buchanan; light horses, Messrs Yule and Quick; draught horses, Messrs Bruns/kill and F. Mr-ore; guessing competition, Mr. \V. Denncrly.
