GERMAN SOUTH WEST AFRICA.

London, January 18. Telegrams from South Africa state that the rebellion in German Southwest Africa has broken out afresh, and that serious fighting was proceeding at Koetmanshoep.
It waft reported recently that the last of the rebels in the field bad surrendered, and that peace had been restored. Koetmanshoep is in the south of the colony, and in the centre of the country that was disturbed throughout t.he past two years.
