In the first inning* of Victoria (tbfc score in which was 159), Noble secured four wickets for 55 runs; Cotter, three for 65; Macartney, one for 80; Garnsey, one for 24.
New South Wales in the first inning made 313 (Hopkins 63, Macartney 42. Waddy 51, and Cotter 47). Armstrong took six wickets for 66 runs, and EFazktt four for 114. ,
Victoria in the second innings lost four wickets for 164 (Macalietcr 36, Armstrong, not out, 55). , v
