[IST Tiir.tx;it.\l'll.— press ASSOCIATION .] Ciinisrctuutcir, Tuesday. Tin-: City Council will take, a poll of ratepayers to sanction a loan of £5000 to erect a 'public tepid bath. The proposed bath will be 100 ft long, with a depth ranging from 3ft 6in to Bft. The water would be heated from the destructor furnaces. Such a bath would afford swimming all the year round.
