A LAYING TEST. [BY telegraph.— CORRESPONDENT.] Dttnkdix, Friday. The American poultry laying. test is at present being subjected to an exhaustive trial •> at the Bruce Government poultry farm, and it is stated that should the results turn out satisfactorily it will revolutionise the poultry industry. It is claimed for the test that it enables a poul-try-keeper to ascertain -when pullets are young whether they should be kept for laying purposes or fattened for the table, The results of the experiments now being conducted will be announced in duo course.
