GERMAN BANK FOR TEHERAN. By Telegraph.—Pres* Association.—Copyright. (Received September 18, 10.36 p.m.) Teheran, September 18. The Shah of Persia has sanctioned the opening of a German .bank ati Teheran. _ The Imperial Bank of Persia, an English institution, was established in 1899, and has the exclusive right of issuing banknotes, and it has exclusive mining lights. There is also a Russian bank at Teheran, and ii; is connected with the Russian State Bank. Germany has 'for long striven to obtain a footing ill Persia.
