IMPORTANT CASE AT DARGAVILLE.

Dargavillk, Tuesday. Written judgment Mas given by Mr. Dyer. S.M., to-day, in the cases of Mitchelsou Bros. v. Austriaus, for alleged wilful trespass. Mr. E. T. Field appeared for the plaintiffs, and Mr. I!. J. Coates for defendants. The magistrate dismissed the information with coats for defendants, holding that the permits granted'to defendants were assignable, and not rcvoka.blo at 48 hours' notice. Notice of appeal was given. The judgment has a far-reaching effect, and is of great importance to hundreds of Austrians.
