Lee Sun was convicted of selling a ticket in a pakapoo lottery, and was fined £100, or three months' imprisonment. Defendant had been convicted in November, 1904, of a similar offence, and fined £100. Wong Chung, similarly. charged, was also fined £100, but as this was a first offence imprisonment was not inflicted.
