After the adoption of the' new Standing Order by the New South Wales Assembly, the Premier (Mr. Carruthers) moved a re- ■ solution • for the suspension of Mr. Crick, until the jury in the criminal trial nowpending against him has given its verdict, or until further ordered. ; . Mr. Crick was absent from the House, and Mr. Carruthers said his attempts to communicate with him had failed. The depate adjourned until Tuesday. Mr. Carruthers also moved: "That so much of the Land Commissioner's report as re» lated to the findings against Crick, which previously had been withdrawn, be restored to the business paper." The resolution was adopted.
