CHARGE OF BROACHING CARGO.
[BY telegraph.—PßESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington*, Sunday. Four seamen were arrested yesterday on. the ship Cassius, from Liverpool, charged With disobeying the commands of the captain, also with broaching cargo. G. Albright, the chief mate, is under arrest on a, charge of cargo-broaching.
