WOMAN TAKES ROUGH ON RATS

WAiin, Saturday-. A woman named Mrs. Smith, a resident of Russell-street, took a. dose of rough on rats this morning, and immediately ran outside and informed a neighbour. She then returned inside and took more of the poison. The neighbour at once informed the police, and the doctor being called in the efforts to counteract the effect of the .poison were successful, and the *omin this evening was pronounced to be out of danger.
