HIS .MAJESTY'S THEATRE.
Another large audience greeted the KnightJeffries Company at His Majesty s Theatre last night, when " Monsieur Beaucaire" was repeated. This evening the Napoleonic drama. A Royal Divorce." will be presented and played for three nights. These will be the last performances given in. Auckland of this popular play by the Knight-Jeffries Company. Miss Jeffries will represent the Empress Josephine, while Miss Hamer will appear in the character of Marie Louise (formerly played by Miss Pcndehnis). Mr. Knight will reappear as Napoleon, a part in which ho stands out prominently'. The rest of the east will be similar to those appearing with the company last, year. The battle tableaux will be civcn, even more elaborately than on former occasions.
