LORD CARRINGTON'S VIEWS.

London, February 6. The president of the Board of Agriculture (Lord Carrington), in a speech yesterday, said the system of small holdings had been successful, socially and financially. There are, he says, 3000 such holdings on his estates.
Lord Carrington owns 23,000 acres in North Wales and Buckinghamshire.
