Wellington', Tuesday. The Department of Industries and Commerce lias received the following cablegram from the High Commissioner, dated London, February 5: —Importations of River Plate mutton, lamb, and butter, in the United Kingdom for the month of January were as follows:—Mutton, 197.078 carcases ; lamb, 13,007 carcases; butter, 12,074cwt." These were distributed as follows:—Mutton: London, 73,516 carcases; Liverpool, 73,586 ; Hull, 13,600 ; Newcastle, 16,800; Cardiff, 7576; Southampton, 2602. Lamb: London, 6651 carcases; Liverpool, 5086; Hull, 280; Cardiff, 910; Southampton, 100.
