ADDRESS BY A LADY MISSIONARY.

At the rooms of the Young Women's Christian Association last evening Mrs. Bradley, who has been doing mission work in Egypt, gave an address on "My Experiences Among the Down-trodden Women of Egypt." There was a large attendance of ladies. Mrs. Mac-tier occupied the chair. Mrs. Bradley gave an interesting account of her work in Egypt, net spoke principally of the mission and medical work carried on among the natives. The Egyptian native teachers largely assisted Mrs. Bradley in the work. The progress of Christianity among the Egyptians was not what could be called good, but the indications were hopeful and reassuring. Further meetings will be held by Mrs. Bradley during her' stav in Auckland.
