MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
A NON-SUIT ACCEPTED.
Me. Elliott accepted a. non-suit on behalf of the plaintiff in the case in which George B. Lowe, a Mount Eden grocer, sued Patrick Burke, a night watchman, for £6 Bs. for groceries alleged to have been supplied, but not paid for. The defence was that th. 5 goods had" not been supplied to the defendant.
Mr. Singer, who appeared for the defendant, applied for costs, and 10s were allowed the defendant.
