A COMPROMISE PROBABLE.
By Telegraph —Press Association Copyright.
(Received January 24, 11.10 p.m.)
London, January 24. It is reported from Algeciras that the course of the conference indicates that neither Germany nor France will carry its proposals regarding Morocco. A modification of their schemes is likely to be agreed upon.
The conference must be sitting in camera and no reports are issued. The first sitting was on the 16th, and the above is the first hint of what is taking place.
