A DENTIST FINED.
[by telegraph.— association.] . Timaru, Wednesday. C. E. Raitt was prosecuted to-day by the Tiniaru branch of the Dentists' Association for practising ae a dentist, though unregistered. Defendant, who. is not long from Home, began business here , under the name of the English Dental Company in November, 1904. For the defence it was denied that the Dentist Regulation- 1 Act is in force, but the magistrate overruled this, and fined the defendant &>.
