A RECORD RETURN. £58,240 FROM 24,759 TONS. TOTAL TO DATE, £4,383,953. During the four weeks ending October 7 the Waihi Gold Mining Company crushed and treated <i-t,759 tons of.ore for a return of bullion valued at £58,240. ' he output is extremely gratifying, and forms a record for the mine for a four-weekly period, the previous highest being thai for the preceding four weeks ending September 9, when 24,178 tons of ore yielded bullion valued at £57,180.
