ACCIDENT AT A SAWMILL.
MAN'S LEG CUT OFF. [BY TELEGRAPH.PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WANGAXur, Tuesday. Offiyi; to the strap of the rope on a loghauling engine breaking at- Knight's sawmill, at Utiku, a man named William Ht-a-py had his right Vg cut off below the knee. The sufferer was taken to the Wanganui Hospital, where he is progressing satisfactorily.
