NO-LICENSE AND TOURIST TRAFFIC.
Sir,— a "crank" (a very useful article), kindly allow me to assure "Anti-Crank ' that lie is "barking up the wrong tree" when he assumes that tourists will shun noliosnse districts. Does he think the whole world, notably the tourist., is dying (or a drink of that which is killing' thousands? No, sir, the tourist, knows too well how to take oare of' his money. How is it that the private boardinghouses at Rotorua are all filled by visitors? No, sir, the crank is turning, and' the no-license movement is spreading. W. J. Macdkeuott.
