STRIKERS TO RETURN TO WORK. THREAT OF BOMBARDING. (Received July 3, 11.9 p.m.) London, July 3. The Governor of Odessa has proclaimed that all danger of a catastrophe has passed. He has ordered the strikers to go back to work, and the manufacturers say they are sanguine the men will resume immediately. • Some accounts state that the crew of the Kniaz Potemkine have drunk all the champagne and vodka aboard. On Saturday the mutinous ships sent a deputation to the Governor of Odessa, threatening to bombard the city unless it .capitulated with 48 hours, and sent the civilians away. The garrison of Odessa has been further strengthened.
