RUSSIAN SPY SENTENCED.

London, May 8. The Russian, Horvitch, alias Orvitch, who was arrested at Singapore recently on the charge of being a spy, has been sentenced to three months' imprisonment on the charge of trespassing. He was also fined £"50 foi having a sketching instrument in his possession within the military limits.

Horvitch resided with a non-commissioned officer, who was arrested, and was to have been tried by court-martial ou the charge of harbouring a spy.
