London, April 27. Rear-Admiral Campbell has been appointed British arbitrator on the tribunal- to be created for dealing with the indemnity to be paid to the French fishermen for loss under the Anglo-French agreement of their fishing rights on the coast of Newfoundland.
France surrendered her fishing; rights on the coast of Newfoundland on bite condition that th» fishermen then engaged received compensation.
