TRANSVAAL'S CONSTITUTION.
FURTHER PRESS OPINIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. Capetown, April 27. The South African News says the new Constitution has some good points, but it is disappointing on the whole. It hopes that it will be modified and improved.
The Bloemfontein newspapers complain that the Transvaal Constitution represents preferences against the Orange Colony in defiance of the Vereeniging agreement.
