ACCIDENT AT THE THREE KINGS.
An accident occurred near the Three Kings yesterday to Mr. K. Kugster. a Swiss gentleman. well-known as a resident of Auckland. Mr. Kugster was riding, and on account of his still up leather breaking he fell ln-m his ho:so heavily to the ground. lie was at once conveyed to the. Veterans* Home, and Captain Goodwyn-Areher telephoned for Dr. Scott, who was quickly in attendance. Dr. Scott found that Mr. Kugster had sustained concussion of the brain. lit- Ie eived every attention at the Veterans' Home, and was subsequently removed to the house of Mr. Belts, near the home. He was making satisfactory progress when inquiries were made at- a late limn- last night, and it is hoped that the accident will not be attended with serious results.
