RUSSIANS IN ESTREAT.
THE OCCUPATION OF SIUNG-YUE-CHENG. : (Received June 34, 11.10 p.m.) London, June 24. The Japanese force, which is reported to have occupied Siung-yue-cjieng, on the western coast of the peninsula, and south of Kaiping, consists of a division of infantry, ft cavalry brigade, and an artillery brigade, with 32 guns. (fieceivid Jttne 48, 18.15 a.m.) London, June 24. As the Japanese in the peninsula follow the railway northward, they are reinforced at every blep by fresh troops* which cross the hills' from the east. They are guarding every pass eastward of the railway. , The vanguard of the troops at Suiyen is half-way to Kaiping, and is throwing up fortifications at the point reached.
