ANDERSON DRAMATIC COMPANY. These was a large audience present at His Majesty's Theatre last night, when the Anderson Dramatic Company repeated "In the Shadow of Night." Much enthusiasm marked the progress of the drama, its sensationalism and interest holding the audience through the four acts. The excellent staging of the piece and its efficient acting ensured a success for it. The last three nights of "In the Shadow of Night'' are now announced, as on Saturday it will be followed by " Honour Thy Father."
THE DAMPLER COMPANY. The Dampinr Dramatic Company produced Dumas' "Monte Cristo' at the Opera, House lust night for the last time of the present season. There was an excellent attendance, and the piece was enthusiastically received. To-night's substitute will be " From Clue to Capture," which consists of the unravelling of a cunning scoundrel's subtle schemings, and should therefore furnish the majority of playgoers with an evening's delicious excitement.
