FIGHTING IN NIGERIA.
BRITISH PUNITIVE EXPEDITION. 111 Telegraph.—Press Association.—CopyrtgM. (Received April 11, 11.37 p.m.) London, April 11. The British punitive expedition to Bassa, a province of Northern Nigeria, bad a fight with the natives. Four ot the British were killed and 48 wounded. The head of Captain O'Riurdan, who was recently murdered, was recovered.
