A BOY'S SUICIDE.
EXTRAORDINARY LETTER, [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CnßiSTommcir, Sunday. At the inquest on the boy Smith, who shot himself last week, Iho jury returned a verdict of suicide whilst of unsound mind. He lelt tho following letter:—"To any one of my family. Tuesday, April s.The cause of my ending my life in this fashion is because I am too wicked to live. I have had to steal mouey to give t& a certain person, and if I did not get it lis meant lo kill me. To-day I have to get £5 for him, and it I don't get it by eight to-night ho will murder me. So now you know the cause of all my troubles.— Stanley McLeod Smith." Deceased had been a highly-strung emotional boy.
