THE DUNEDIN LOAN.
[ST telecbash.—mess ASSOCIATION.] • Dunedin, Wednesday. Tenders were opened to-day for the Drainage Board loan of £60,000, being the second issue of the loon of £200,000 bearing 44 per cent, interest, with a currency of 20 years. The amount offered was £87,500. One applicant tendered for £400 at a premium of Is 6d; another for,£2oo at 2s 6d premium ; others tendered for amounts varying from £500 to £5000 at par. One insurance company tendered for the whole loan at par. Allotments in full were made to those offering & premium, the remainder Was allotted proportionately. ■
