Hjj Excellency thb Governor (Lord Ranfurly] presented the badges of membership to the members of the Empire Veterans' Association at Government House 011 Saturday afternoon.

On Saturday evening Lord and Lady Ran* fufiy and party attended the public reception" to Bishop Neligan at the Choral Hall. ','o-day at noon His Excellency will lay the foundation stone of the Veterans' Home, i, the Three Kings. He will afterwards eitertain a large number of veterans at luncheon at Government House.

To-morrow evening His Excellency will attend a concert arranged,by Mr. P. Quinlan, to be given in St. Benedict's Hall in aid of the Veterans' Home and Association.

The Governor'and Lady Ranfiirlv will attend the St. George's Rowing Club's ball 011 Thursday evening next.
