[by telegraph.—press association.] Timaru, Wednesday. C. N. Maclntosh, commission agent, for whose arrest a wan-ant was issued last Week, has not since been beard of. Some judgments by default were given against Mm to-day, which will furnish the basis for proceedings in bankruptcy.
