Mr. Justice -Edwards gave his decision
lb-day on the preliminary points raised Jsft the libel action Staples and Co., brewers, v. the Petrel newspaper. His Honor held that the number of interrogatives relating to tied houses which defendants sought to put to plaintiffs were here irrelevant.
