OPERA HOUSE.

This evening Mr. Win. Anderson's Dramatic Company will commence a season of five nights at the Opera House, presenting for tho first time in Auckland George England and Milton Bode's success, " The iff lit Birds of London." This play is said to give full scope for a series of beautiful stage pictures and skilful mechanism. The curtain falls on a sensational scene, the great gas explosion, first showing the interior of a building, then the building in flames, the arrival of the fire brigade, and the place left in ruins. The " Night Birds of London" will be staged for four nights only, and on Saturday evening next Frank Harvey's emotional play, "The World Against Her," will be presonted. METHODIST CITY MISSION.
