This p r . Jfeligau has done, the Archdeacon re- ; ceiving a message yesterday stating that he approved of all the arrangements. This means that he will be consecrated on the morning oi! Owing to the lateness of the arrival of the papanui at Hobart. and the consequent delay jn receiving Dr. Neligan's cablegram, Archdeacon Calder, who intended to leave for . Wellington yesterday, to meet the BishopI elect, has found it necessary to postpone his ■ departure till Thursday. The Papanui is , expected to reach Wellington on Saturday.
