The information was withdrawn on the solicitor for the Tramways Company undertaking that the passage opposite the theatre will be kept open in future. Joseph Wilson, who did not appear, was fined 10s, and costs 7s, for driving a vehicle at other than a walking pace round the corner ot Cus-tom-street West and Queen-street. For failing to register a cart Robert S. Laud was fined ss, and costs 7s. 'A . charge against Colin Murray of refusing .to carry a passenger in a tram car was dismissed. For keeping unregistered dogs Emily Hogan was fined Is; W. Fagan ss, and 7s costs, in addition to registration fee, ss;' James Mitchell, John Simpson, Irene Ogan," Joseph Silver, James Blair, were fined Is; and John Skow was fined Is, and 5s registration fee.
