MAN CUT TO PIECES BY A TRAIN.
■ » - —■ [BY TELEGRAPH. PP.ESS ASSOCIATION.] New Plymouth, Monday. A man named Archie McGiven. employed as a diver by the Harbour Board, was cut to pieces by the train near the breakwater to-night. He was picked up dead. The line- is fenced At the spot, and it is not known at present how he came there. It is assumed he was endeavouring to board the train.
