CLEARING SALE AT EUREKA ESTATE.

'the New Zealand Land Association some time back disposed of the division of the Woodlands Estate known as Eureka, through their agents, the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Company. On Thursday the auctioneer of the company, Mr. 11. O. Nolan, disposed by auction of the stock of sheep, cattle, horses, arid implements. There was a large attendance of the public from all parts of the surrounding districts, and some hailed from as far as W'hangarei. Wamku, ana Thames.
