In connection with the shipping combine the German steamship lines undertake not to extend traffic between England find America beyond a certain limit during 20 years, the 'duration of Morgan's combination, the latter not sending ships to German harbours without the G-erman lines' permission, both to mutually assist one another against the completion of third parties.
