VOTE OF £1000. [BY TELEGRAPH.—- ASSOCIATION.] We Mi[NOTO.V, M onday. CABINET has decided to place a vote of £1000 upon the Estimates as a, contribution towards research in the Antarctic. This sum is in connection with the despatch of the relief ship Morning with stores for the Discovery, now wintering in the Southern icefields.
