Bruce Lloyd, Riddle, Cuthbertson, Smellie, and W. Roper were elected members of the Managing Committee, and Mr. Barr was reappointed auditor. It was decided to again contribute £6 to the New Hebrides mission fund, and aboiti; the same amount was transferred to the manse fund. A letter received from Mr. Adams was read by the chairman, intimating that the state of his health necessitated a complete change, and that he was obliged to ask the congregation. to accept his resignation. This intimation was received with expressions of extreme regret, and it. was most reluctantly agreed that the resignation be accepted. It was decided to invito the Rev. W.
