[BY TELEGRAPH.OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Thames, Thursday. At a meeting of the- Thames Borough Council this evening a resolution was carried on the advico of the Council's solicitor (Mr. J. A. Miller), . that notices be forwarded to Mrs; Isabella Howard, tho Campbell-Ebren-fried .Company, and Mrs. Eunice Winter, the owners and occupiers of the Academy of Music, in Brown-street, pointing out that as such building was'..in a ruinous condition and dangerous to persons in the adjoining buildings, and to passers-by, they bo required either to secure or pull down the same on or before, noon; of March 1 next, and that if suob notice is . not complied with the ,town clerk .bo authorised to take the necessary steps tv take down such building. : It was also decided that the inspector .of buildings should % report on other 'dilapidated and clangorous . building* within - the town. .
