H --London,, January 5. , * Reuter's Agency- states that Sir Sandford Fleming, in a letter to Mr. Hillock, Canadian Postmaster-Gene-"*., § ral, advocates a State-owned; Atlantic cable and land lines through Canada, or the Marconi wireless system. He estimates the revenue from a cable at a penny-a-word rate, at £40,000 sterling, and - the cost of a' cable at £330,000.
