NEW BATTLESHIPS AND CRUISERS. By Telegraph— Association.— London, January 3. The shipbuilding yards on the Clyde have been invited to tender for the construction of two British battleships, each 16,500 tons and most powerfully armed; also for five first-class and two third-class cruisers.
