THE ARIADNE CASE.

C.HKiSTcnuECH, November 11. Tub criminal sessions opened this morning before Mr. Justice Denniston. Referring to the Ariadne case His Honor, in his charge to the grand jury, reviewed the evidence and explained the nature of the case against each of the accused, Mumford, Kerry, and Freke. He also stated that Captain Willis, the agent for Lloyd's, -was perfectly justified in paying Mumford £400 for information re the alleged wrecking. The grand jury found a true bill in the Ariadne case. The case will probably come on for hearing on December 17.
