PROPOSED AMATEUR BOXING ASSOCIATION.
[BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Thursday. It has been decided by a number of local athletes to take steps to form an Amateur Boxing Association, with a view of instituting a yearly championship contest. The Amateur Athletic Association is to bo approached to take in hand the general supervision of the contests when instituted.
